The #Team, the Team, the Team! Last week was a big one for the Schafer Construction, Inc. Team as we executed contracts for 3 new #construction projects. In the #designbuild and #designassist world, our sales cycles can seem impossibly long sometimes - especially for new Teammates that come from either other industries or from the Plan/Spec world. Keeping the #vision at top of mind and reinforcing the utter #magic of what we are creating is a job in and of itself, but the results are fantastic! There was a day, not all that long ago really, where the ideas of cooking lunch for a job site or giving out some t-shirts all had to come from me. Not complaining, but if I didn’t do it or if I forgot - it didn’t happen. It is an amazing relief to me now when I sometimes don’t even know it’s happening until I look through our field app photos! The #culture of #Teamwork that we are building here is as cool to see transform and take shape as the buildings we’re putting up. Stay tuned, because 2024 is going to be pretty awesome around here. #buildbetter
